1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PrintableReceipts.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PrintableReceipts.com provides a professional document template tool that allows businesses and individuals to create, customize, and download receipt and invoice documents in PDF format. The Service is designed exclusively for legitimate business purposes including:
- Business record-keeping and accounting documentation
- Professional invoicing and billing
- Educational and training materials
- UI/UX design mockups and portfolio demonstrations
- Business presentations and proposals
PrintableReceipts.com is a document template tool, not an authenticated document verification service. Documents generated through our Service do not carry any certification, legal attestation, or verification status.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy
PrintableReceipts.com has a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and misuse. You agree NOT to use the Service for:
- Creating fraudulent documents for reimbursement, tax evasion, or insurance claims
- Creating documents intended to deceive any person, organization, or financial institution
- Fraudulent chargebacks, refund schemes, or expense fraud
- Forging, falsifying, or fabricating transaction records
- Any illegal activity under applicable law
- Impersonating any business, brand, or individual without authorization
- Automated or bulk generation of documents for deceptive purposes
Enforcement: We actively monitor for abuse patterns. Accounts found violating these terms will be immediately terminated without notice or refund. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies investigating fraud and may share account information and generated document records in response to valid legal requests.

5. Intellectual Property
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, trademarks, brand names, or other intellectual property they upload or input into templates. PrintableReceipts.com does not claim ownership of user-generated content but may store templates for service improvement purposes.
6. Credits and Payments
The Service uses a credit-based system. Free credits expire after 30 days. Paid subscription credits do not expire while the subscription is active. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
7. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PrintableReceipts.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintableReceipts.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
